These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KeyNest Android application (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

KeyNest is distributed under the MIT License. The full license text is available in the LICENSE file in the KeyNest GitHub repository.

Subject to the terms of the MIT License, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the data you store in the App, including any passwords, credentials, and backups. The developer is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss of device, forgotten passphrases, or any other cause.
